1. Cancelling Your Order

You can request to cancel your order as long as it has not been processed or shipped.

To ensure your request is processed quickly, include:

2. When Can I Cancel My Order?

4. Special Cases for Custom or Personalized Orders

🚫 Orders for custom or personalized items (such as engraved pet accessories) cannot be canceled once production has started. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.


5. Refund Process

If your order is successfully canceled before it has been shipped, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
